Jacbilt has been in the construction business since 1979.
We have been certified with the State of Florida since 1999 and registered with the State of Florida since 1983.
Although we have been in the building trade since 1979; we have been in the customer satisfaction trade long before I went to work with my father at age six. That brings it to about 135 years of business dealing with the public. My father was a merchant, my grandfather, a lumberman and builder, my great-grandfather, a farmer. I come from a long line of independent businessmen.
As our customer, YOU are special. We depend on YOU. We need YOU. Your satisfaction is our goal. If you’ve dealt with us in the past, then you know that our word is our bond. We look forward to working with you and making your dreams a reality.
Our founder and president has many years in the construction field and our licenses and experience qualifies us for any type of construction job from new homes and commercial construction to any type of restorations, renovations, repair or remodeling.
License – Our Florida License is as a State Certified Builder. This certifies that the license holder has passed all exams required by the state in order to build or remodel or other related construction work. To be eligible for a state certified license, applicant must have many years experience and be fully educated and qualified in that field.
Our license also grants us the privilege of performing construction business in any of the counties, cities or communities throughout Florida. The Florida Certified Contractor’s License is reciprocal in most all states. Because of the type of license that we carry in Florida, we can give you all that you need for your home, business or industry. This can, and often does, include architects, engineers, designers, and project control.
Our jobs are clean, efficient, and our time is organized. We maintain budgets and schedules.
